Where are we located?

We are located right off HWY-17 next to the Nordstrom Rack and Dick’s Sporting Goods Shopping Center.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY STYLIST CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE OR IF I NEED TO SCHEDULE WITH THEM DIRECTLY?

At our salon, we have Associate Artists, Level I, II, III & Master Artists who offer online booking. Our other Independent Artists manage their own schedules and therefore you need to book with them directly. Please visit our Artists page for the best information on scheduling your appointment.

How do I cancel or Reschedule?

If you scheduled your appointment online or with our receptionist, you may cancel online, or by CALLING or TEXTING our salon.. If you scheduled with one of our Independent Artists, you may find their information on our ARTISTS PAGE to text or call them directly to modify your appointment.

Please note we ask for 24-hours notice for any appointment modifications. Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of their service total. Cancelations within 1-hour of your scheduled service or no-show’s will be charged 100% of the service total.

Why do I need to give my credit card prior to scheduling?

The Gallery Salon prioritizes our clients and Artists time equally. We place a credit card on hold and enforce our salon policies to ensure our team is not missing opportunities to schedule other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.

What services do you offer?

We are a full service hair salon. Our stylists specialize in different coloring, cutting, extension and straightening techniques. You can find more information outlined in our online bios. We also offer makeup, formal styling, facial waxing, and brow tinting.

Can I bring my children and/or guests to my appointment?

We love children (most of us are moms!) but we prioritize an upscale, relaxing environment for our guests. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that they do not accompany you to your appointment.

If you are receiving a bridal a styling/makeup service in our salon and want to bring guests, we invite you to do so! We do ask that you limit to three guests per appointment.

What happens if I am late?

All clients arriving 15-minutes or later after their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 late-fee. After 30-minutes, clients will be charged a no-show service fee.
